Ticket terms

When you book, NimbleTix provides the ticketing service and the named organiser provides the event. Event details, entry rules, age restrictions and refund information shown on the event page form part of your booking.

Orders and entry

An order is complete only after payment is confirmed and tickets are issued. A ticket may be used once. Organisers may refuse entry where published entry conditions are not met.

Changes

The organiser is responsible for event delivery, line-up and schedule changes. We will use the booking email address for important notices.

Misuse

Do not copy, resell fraudulently or publish private ticket links. We may cancel tickets obtained through fraud, chargebacks or technical abuse.
