Refunds and cancellations

The refund terms shown on each event page apply to that booking. Contact the organiser using the event contact details and include your NimbleTix booking reference.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled, the organiser will confirm the refund arrangements. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several working days after processing.

Booking fees

NimbleTix currently adds no buyer service fee. The amount shown at checkout is the ticket total.

The organiser must replace this template with the final policy for the first event before publishing it.
